The concept draws from 'Hyperion's' theme of a pilgrimage; each company is on a journey to better connect with its customers, and our tool is the guide. It provides the data-driven workflow needed to navigate this journey successfully.
How it works:
1. Integration: The user, typically a sales or support manager, connects Resonance AI to their existing platforms (like Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or Gmail) via secure APIs. The system then non-intrusively pulls text data from closed tickets, sent emails, and chat logs.
2. The Resonance Engine: At its core, the project uses a Large Language Model (LLM) API. Instead of basic sentiment analysis, it employs a multi-vector scoring system to 'audit' the communication:
