This project is a web application that acts as a personalized AI career advisor, or 'Construct', for professionals in high-demand tech fields like cybersecurity, AI/ML, and decentralized systems. The concept merges the data-scraping functionality of a 'Salary Insights' project with the cyberpunk lore of 'Neuromancer' and the personalized, data-driven AI from 'Ex Machina'.

The Story: The user isn't just a job seeker; they are a 'netrunner' jacking into the 'Matrix' of the tech job market. Their personal dashboard is their 'cyberdeck', and the AI is their 'Construct'—a digital consciousness dedicated to navigating the complex, data-driven world of corporate 'zaibatsus' and stealth startups to find the perfect 'gig'.

How It Works:
1. Onboarding & Personalization: The user initializes their Construct by defining their core parameters: skills, career ambitions, desired compensation, and even work-life philosophy. This data forms the baseline personality and goals for their unique AI, mirroring how the AI in 'Ex Machina' was built upon user data.
2. Continuous Data Scraping: The system's backend acts like a fleet of data-gathering daemons. It continuously scrapes niche sources beyond standard job boards: Hacker News 'Who is Hiring?' threads, specific GitHub repositories to track emerging technologies, tech news sites for funding announcements, and specialized industry forums. This provides a real-time, high-fidelity map of the opportunity landscape.
