Inspired by Asimov's Foundation (predicting future trends based on statistical analysis of large populations) and Nolan's Inception (planting ideas by understanding subconscious desires), this project analyzes podcast order histories (scraped using an 'Order Histories' scraper, modified for podcasting platforms) to identify emerging trends and listener preferences. Imagine scraping data from Patreon, Gumroad, Buy Me a Coffee (where podcasts may sell exclusive content), or even indirectly through book sales related to podcast content on Amazon.

The project aims to provide podcasters with actionable insights, essentially offering them a 'prophecy' of what topics will resonate with their audience next. It works in three phases:

1. Data Acquisition (Order Histories Scraper Adaptation): Build (or adapt existing) web scrapers to collect purchase data related to podcasts, including episode downloads, bonus content purchases, merchandise sales, and book recommendations. This data will be anonymized and aggregated.
2. Trend Analysis (Foundation): Implement algorithms to analyze the collected data. This involves identifying frequently co-purchased items, emerging keyword clusters, and shifts in listener preferences over time. Think association rule mining, time series analysis, and natural language processing.
