Fragmented Futures: Temporal Typography Design

This project creates unique, time-fragmented typography designs inspired by the chaos of '12 Monkeys' and the stitched-together nature of 'Frankenstein', applied to customer behavior data.

Inspired by the visual narrative of '12 Monkeys' with its disjointed timelines and the unsettling assemblage of parts in 'Frankenstein', this graphic design project focuses on creating unique, fragmented typography. The core concept is to use scraped 'customer behavior' data (e.g., website clicks, purchase patterns, social media engagement metrics) as the raw material. This data will be visually 'deconstructed' and 'reassembled' into typographic designs that reflect the erratic, fragmented, and sometimes contradictory nature of modern consumer journeys. Imagine a font where letters are broken, distorted, and layered, with elements of color, texture, and opacity representing different data points or customer actions. The process would involve using low-cost design software and possibly scripting to process the scraped data into visual parameters for the typography. This niche in graphic design offers high earning potential by selling these 'Temporal Typography Kits' to brands looking for unique, data-driven branding elements, website headers, social media graphics, or even as collectible digital art. The 'Frankenstein' aspect comes from the piecing together of disparate data points into a cohesive, albeit abstract, visual form, while '12 Monkeys' provides the aesthetic of temporal disruption and the sense of a fractured reality.
