It then dynamically adjusts base rates, offering incentives for booking during low-demand periods and optimizing revenue during high-demand spikes, much like a character piecing together fragmented memories in 'Memento' to understand the present. The core functionality would be a plugin or module that integrates with existing hotel property management systems (PMS). It requires minimal direct user interaction beyond initial setup and parameter definition. The 'easy to implement' aspect comes from focusing on a single, albeit complex, feature. The 'niche' appeal is its advanced temporal forecasting, differentiating it from standard PMS offerings. 'Low-cost' is achieved through leveraging open-source libraries for data analysis and machine learning, and the SaaS model for the plugin itself.
