Aura acts as a digital 'Blade Runner' for e-commerce brands, tasked with retiring inauthentic content and discovering the 'memories'—the real stories and emotions—buried within genuine customer feedback.

It treats a brand's collection of reviews, comments, and mentions as a 'datasphere'. An AI, our version of the 'TechnoCore', sifts through this data not just for sentiment, but for authenticity. It performs a 'Voight-Kampff test' on each piece of content, identifying the nuanced markers of true human experience versus the flat affect of a bot or a fake review.
