Stitcher CRM: The CRM for Bespoke Creators

A niche CRM designed for independent artisans and custom builders to manage clients and visually assemble quotes for bespoke creations from a library of components.

The Story: Inspired by the 'Rebel Alliance' from 'Star Wars', this project serves the independent creators, the solo artisans, and the small bespoke businesses fighting against the 'Empire' of mass production. Standard CRMs are like Imperial Star Destroyers—massive, rigid, and impersonal. Creators need a nimble, specialized tool, their 'Millennium Falcon', to manage their unique craft. Their process is akin to 'Frankenstein's' creation; they source disparate parts and 'stitch' them together into a beautiful, unique whole for a specific client. Stitcher CRM is the digital lab that manages this entire creation process, from client relationship to the birth of the final product.

The Concept: Stitcher is a visual-first, project-based CRM that rejects the generic sales pipeline. Instead of 'deals', users manage 'Creations'. Its core is a digital canvas where creators can build, price, and present their custom work. It combines client management with a visual inventory and project builder, drawing inspiration from the organized, item-centric layout of 'Fashion Catalogs' but applying it to components and materials.

How it Works:
1. The Component Library (The Parts Catalog): Users build a personal library of their materials and components (e.g., fabrics, buttons, PC parts, gemstones). They can add items manually or use a simple scraper/importer tool to pull data (name, price, image, SKU) from supplier websites, much like a 'Fashion Catalogs' scraper gathers product data. This becomes their personal inventory of 'Frankenstein's parts'.
2. The Creation Canvas (The Lab): For each new client project, the creator starts a 'Creation'. This is a visual workspace where they can drag and drop components from their library to assemble the bespoke item. The system automatically calculates the cost, suggests a retail price based on a set markup, and tracks component inventory.
3. Visual Quoting & Client Management: The assembled 'Creation' on the canvas can be exported as a beautiful, visual PDF quote to send to the client. This quote shows the client exactly what parts make up their custom piece. The CRM also includes standard features to track all client communications and project milestones, from 'Consultation' to 'Assembly' and 'Delivered', chronicling the creation's journey.

This project is low-cost and easy to implement for a solo developer by targeting a hyper-niche market first (e.g., custom keyboard builders or bespoke jewelers) and using a modern, accessible tech stack (like Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS). Its high earning potential comes from a simple SaaS model—a free tier for hobbyists and an affordable monthly subscription ($20/mo) for professional creators, offering them a tool perfectly tailored to their unique, 'stitched-together' workflow.
